Return & Exchange Policy

I. Return Policy
Return Period
You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
Return Requirements
The item must be in new, unused condition;
The packaging is complete, with all tags and accessories attached;
It must not be damaged due to personal use or unsaleable damage.
Return requests that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Return Process
Contact Customer Service via email to submit your return request.
Customer Service will provide a return authorization number and return address within 1–2 business days.
Please return the package within 7 days of receiving the authorization, along with your order information.

Return Shipping
We cover shipping costs for returns due to product quality or shipping errors.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returns due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind).
Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, unless there is a quality or shipping error.
Refund Time
Once the returned package is verified to be correct, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

II. Exchange Policy
Exchange Period
To exchange an item, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange Requirements
The item must be in new, unused condition.
If stock is insufficient, we will provide an item of equal value or a refund.
Exchange Shipping Costs
We cover round-trip shipping costs for exchanges due to product quality or shipping errors.
For exchanges due to personal reasons, domestic customers are responsible for the return and reshipping costs, while international customers are responsible for the international shipping costs.

  1. Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted

The product has been used or is obviously damaged;

The request is submitted after the return period;

The product was not purchased through the official website;

The product is clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.

If the product you received is damaged or wrong, please contact customer service within 7 business days and provide photos. We will give priority to arranging a replacement or refund for you.
